We want you to be satisfied with your order and confident when placing
an order with us. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges. If you receive
damaged or broken items please contact us IMMEDIATELY by email customer_service@carchey.com
to let us know. We will replace the broken or damaged item immediately
(except if backordered).
THROW PILLOWS & VALANCES
Due to variances among color monitors, the colors that appear
on your screen may not be exact. Because these items are handmade
at the time you place your order, we will accept returns, however,
there will be a 25% re-stocking charge applied to your return. Production
normally begins within 1-2 business days after an order is confimed
to you via email. Therefore we are happy to change or cancel orders
as long as we are contacted within one (1) business day (Tuesday-Saturday)
from the date the order was confirmed. Orders that are changed or
cancelled after this may incur additional charges.
Because our items are custom made,ie barstools, we do
not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in manufacture.
